Balance Payment of Surgery Services
The remaining amount can be paid by credit card (VISA, Masters, American Express) at the Bangkok 9 International Hospital before operations.
Cancellation and Refund Policy of Deposit
If a cancellation is made 15 days preceding your arrival date, a USD 50 will be subtracted from your deposit for banking fee/credit card fee and administration fee.
For credit card refund, the refund will be made in the form of a credit to your card account.
A credit card refund will be processed in a timely manner, depending on your billing cycle with the credit card company. Once the refund is made, it may take 15 – 30 working days to arrive in your account.
If a cancellation is made less than 15 days, there will be no refund.
